i lost the start menu taskbar

I installed a video game and after the system rebooted i had no start menu
task bar, i searched the control panel for any setting that my have caused
this and uninstalled the game with no luck system restore didn't change it
back either. Everything else works fine I just dont have the task bar. any
ideas?
 
Try these to see if you can find it and resolve the issue:
Press the Windows key and it should pop out from where it is on the screen,
then place your pointer on an empty space on the taskbar, press and hold
down the left mouse button, drag it back to the bottom and release the
mouse button.

Press Ctrl + Esc.
Press Alt + space.

Press S and use arrow keys to enlarge taskbar.

When finished press Enter.
