I LOST THE ABILITY TO UPDATE MY MAIL ACCOUNTS

CAN ANYONE HELP ME UNDERSTAND HOW CAN I GET MY OUTLOOK TO
WORK RIGHT AGAIN? I LOST MY INBOX AND THE ABILITY TO
UPLOAD MY IMAP ACCOUNT. ALO WHEN I REINSTALL I DO NOT GET
THAT ABILITY BACK.
 
You also lost the ability to turn off your CAPS LOCK key, which is rather
annoying too.
