I lost my password

I lost my windows password for my upstairs comuter and
now i can't get on. There is only one user up there. Is
there anyway to reset it? Please help.
 
At the Welcome Screen, press CTRL-ALT-DEL twice to get the old Win2K style
login. Enter Administrator and any password that you may have put on this
account at install.

For XP Home, you must reboot the computer into Safe Mode to access the built
in Adminstrator account from the Welcome Screen.
