I lost multiple worksheets in a workbook.

In excel (Office 2000) a workbook has multiple worksheets. The workbook now
only shows one worksheet. I have checked Hide and Unhide - I cannot find my
other worksheets.

any chance you accidentically have deleted the files or hidden with
VBA?
