I keep getting an installation error on the following

I believe there is a fix for this as I ran into it before
but I have forgotten where this documented fix is.

All other updates seem to install just fine.

Can anyone help me out here

Can I assume you mean that Windows Update is repeatedly
attempting to install this on your machine ??
Have you tried downloading the patch and manually installing
it, and seeing if Windows Update then detects it as installed ?
