I keep getting a security block

I can't send or receive mail because I keep getting a securite box to put in
my user name and password, but I cant seem to enter the correct name and or
password.
what do I need to do, it says log on to pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com verifi
password for mail server.
 
&ike - I use those servers too, I've spent many a discussion with the techs
at SBC (now ATT) about the correct settings & you should contact them,
probably not an issue with WinMail. I usually google the SBC contact info. -
check back if you can't find it.
