It's strange that I cannot see "a lot of information".

On my side, when I open the above link, I see Ed's message is empty. Am I
missing anything?
Ed, would you please give more information about how the add-in does not
work? Is it successfully loaded into Office? What's the Office application:
Word/Excel/Powerpoint/others? What's the add-in type (COM Addin or VSTO)?
Is there any error message? Sorry for asking so many questions at one time,
but a detailed description of the symptom would be very helpful for us to
help you find out the problem.
Office 2007 introduced a lot of changes not only in UI (Ribbon UI), but
also in its object model. Although most of them are backwards
compatibility, there are several points we need to pay special attention to
when we migrate Office 2003 solution to Office 2007:

This is a general introduction of the changes. With enough information
about the problem, we will try to give more specific suggestions to you.
Thanks.

Note: The MSDN Managed Newsgroup support offering is for non-urgent issues
where an initial response from the community or a Microsoft Support
Engineer within 1 business day is acceptable. Please note that each follow
up response may take approximately 2 business days as the support
professional working with you may need further investigation to reach the
most efficient resolution. The offering is not appropriate for situations
that require urgent, real-time or phone-based interactions or complex
project analysis and dump analysis issues. Issues of this nature are best
handled working with a dedicated Microsoft Support Engineer by contacting
Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) at
