I just got cable internet and my outlook email can't receive mess.

I just got comcast cable and my incoming mail won't work with outlook 03'. I
try the test message and an error comes up saying it can't find the server
because my mailbox was in use??? Thanks for any help.

What's the exact error message? I've never seen that one.
Have you tried ignoring what happens in "test" and just seeing whether it
works in Outlook itself? Tried creating a new mail profile? Called whomever
hosts your mail?
