I have word 200 SR-1 and want updates

When I type in my product at the updates site it list Word 2002 and 2003 and others, are these listed cause they are godd for my version? I how do I know what updates are for my version?
 
Have you tried going to Office Update
(http://office.microsoft.com/officeupdate/) and clicking "Check for
Updatews" to let it scan your system for needed updates?
