I have upgraded my motherboard and cpu and now win 2000 doesn't boot

All I get Is something saying that the master boot sector
on the hardrive is lock, but i have tried fdisk and format
and the utility for western digital drives and nothing
seem to work
 
Scan the newsgroups for "new motherboard" to find out what your problem
is. This comes up several times a week.
