I have UDMA5 but theoretically I can have UDMA 6

Open your BIOS and check the hard drive transfer rate settings.

HD UDMA 6 is only 5 in Windows.
What to do:
Check and redetect Hd(s) and other drives in BIOS on a reboot. May have to
manually fine-tune to 6 on a few MBs==>Generally when Bios version is an
older one.
 
everything is automatic on the motherboard. It should be recognized as 133
