I have two outlook bars on web access version

Hello

I have two outlook bars on the web access version of outlook.

If i press F5 to refresh the page one of the bars disappear. This happens
everytime I log in. How do I permanently get rid of one of the bars Please
help Thank you!!!!!
 
Does it happen after you cleared your Temporary Internet Files as well?

Note that OWA is part of Exchange not Outlook. It's best that you continue
this in an Exchange newsgroup.
