I have to share series of meetings with others as .csv file. How?

I have series of events coming up. This will have multiple meetings with
different subjects. Like on 22nd Nov I have meeting with x Advtr then on 24th
Nov i have meeting with y event mgr. But all this form part of single
campaign.

How can i create these series of events and then share it with others as
..csv file so that they just import the same and it get saved?

Are these people also using Outlook? If so, why do you want to export to a
CSV? There are ways of sharing or transferring calendar data other than
export/import.
