I have to enter more text than Access will let me.

I have already changed the Data Type to Memo, and I am able to type in all
the text I need. When I check my changes in Reports, and try to print off my
changes, the text is cut off.
 
I believe it is something in your report formatting that is not allowing the
report to size itself to the necessary space needed by the memo field.

There is a property in the report field "can Grow". Change this option to
"yes" and it should expand to show all text.
