Missing text in Report (Memo)

When i want to print my report some of the text is cut off on the right hand
of my memo field.
Why is this happening and how can it be avoided.

Generally it means you have made your Report on screen too wide. Just squeeze
it in a bit till you find how wide you can go and still get it all on. Then
play with the margins till you get the balance you want.
