I have Outlook 2003 but cant find Merge, under Tools

I want to Merge my contacts so I can print address labels, but cannot find
the merge tab in Outlook
 
And you have Word 2003 installed. "Important If you are using Outlook 2003
you must use Word 2003 for the mail merge feature to work properly."
