I have no start windows

My pc says there is no shdocvw.dll file what is this it says this when I try to log on tried to use the dell dimension resource cd

You'll have to pursue this with Dell. MS offer no support for OEM installed
software.
 
1. Quit all programs that are running.
2. Click Start, and then click Run.
3. Type: regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll , and then click OK.
4. When you receive the "DllRegisterServer in shdocvw.dll succeeded" message, click OK.
