I have Microsoft office with P.P but I can't open MS P.P.T.

What do I need to open Micro Soft P.P.T program? I am running Vista and I
have Microsoft Office installed?
 
Try asking in a PowerPoint forum, and give your Office version. This forum is for Outlook custom form issues.
