I have many more options under page type at home but not at office; how to fix at office?

I noticed yeterday that all the enhancements I'd added to at home over
the weekend were for naught as the reports didn't have same page
options available at the office so those 2 reports reverted to 8 1/2 x
11 page size. One of the reports, for example, was great. It was all
set to go on 3x5" index cards size that just isn't in the list of page
types at work.

How can I fix this, pls? It's going to be a serious problem,
otherwise.

Thank you! :blush:D

The page options available depend on your printer. Whatever the printer
driver makes available will be available in Access. If your office uses a
different printer, the options will be different.

The safe choice is to design the report so that it uses page sizes that are
available on all printers, such as Letter size. If necessary, you can then
choose Page Setup on the File menu while previewing the report, and choose a
different paper size.

Oh rats. And this was the only way I was able to get this size to
work. <sigh> Oh well, going to try the custom label size again.
Will that work, creating a custom size? Will that carry through?

Thanks!

You can only rely on the custom size being the same on both printers if:
a) both support a custom size (some printers don't), and
b) you can rely on the work one staying the way you want it set.
