I have lost the ability to right click on my home PC

I have lost the ability to right click on Windows XP Home Edition and i am wondering if anyone knows how to make the right click return to my computer.

On your keyboard you may have a key on the right side of the spacebar that
sits next to the Ctrl key. This will bring up the "right click context
menu". Highlight an item and then press this key and see if your right click
menu is displayed. If so the problem could very likely be your mouse.
