I have lost my vxdmgr and dllreg.exe

I have lost my vxdmgr and dllreg.exe, can anyone tell me
where i can download thse two items. seems i deleted them
because they were infected with a virus and when i di a
system rebbot they did not come back. Damn Dumaru
