I have email type headers on the top of speed sheet How to remove.

I have email type headers at the top of my excel sheet
How do I remove this.
I can't find where it came from
It is not in the toolbars menu

Hi jjrocks

Click on the Mail button in the standard toolbar
And save the file
 
File|Send to|click on "mail recipient"

It's difficult to see (well, for me anyway), but that icon is toggled down.
Click it again and you'll turn this off.
