I have a very strange error in Newsgroups

When I try to post in a newsgroup, I get a box with 3 places for a
check and 2 blank radio buttons. The box itself is also blank, so I
have no idea what I'm supposed to do. Has anyone else had this
problem? What do I do to fix it? I have un-subscribed and
re-subscribed to my news service (sbcglobal) and that hasn't fixed the
problem. Any help would be appreciated!

What newsreader are you using? If OE, see if http://www.insideoe.com has the
information you need.

The only resource I found on insideoe.com was Microsoft, and they want
$35 per e-mail. Yikes!

I am using Outlook Express to manage my sports newsgroups
(alt.sports.hockey.nhl.dallas-stars, for example.) My newsgroup server
is SBC Global.

When I try to respond to a message or start a new thread, I get a
pop-up window with three blank radio buttons, a check box and a blue
exclamation point inside a white "tear-drop." I assume (I hate
assuming) that the pop-up is not supposed to have blank radio buttons
and something has happened to cause this. I have tried checking the
box and hitting one of the blank radio buttons and it doesn't help. I
have tried closing the pop-up and it doesn't help. I can send topic
threads with nothing in the body of the message but if I put something
in the message, this thing pops up.

Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks in advance for any help!
