I have a problem updating my webpage using frontpage.

Not Found The requested URL /_vti_bin/shtml.exe/_vti_rpc was not found on
this server.
Apache/1.3.26 Server at members.cox.net Port 80

What does this error report mean????
I recived it when I used the "file/publishweb" tabs..........

Can anybody give me an answer to this problem????
