On your site you don't advocate political ideas or have a "favorite"
politician to plug or for that matter, an automatic music download which I
thought was irritating on that SoS had on his home page. Said music
download is gone.
I have checked his pages again and the links to freeware make it quite
obvious to me that a person can go straight to the links if they choose and
if a person still doesn't like it they can go somewhere else.
A few subjects that elicit opinions are very volatile and quite polarizing
to some people and of that, it is a shame people can't be more accepting of
another's ideas or weigh the issue on the other side and make an informed
(better?) choice.
I also have my opinions on the subjects you mention. I haven't any idea if
they are like yours. But it's your right, my right and anyone else's to
differ. It's the "cramming down the throat", "do it my way or take the
highway" and "in your face" self-righteousness that drives me crazy.

It is his site and he can do as he pleases. If they - the masses - don't
like they have a choice.

To tell you what a hypocrite I am, I had a link to the Al-Queda training
manual on my site. I took it down so people wouldn't get the idea that I
advocate terrorism.
Did I have a right to put it there? Yes.
Would some people consider it offensive, particularly the victims
relatives, direct and indirect, of 9/11? Yes.
I erred on the side of caution and I think I did the right thing, in this
case the moral thing, in taking it down.
To finally sum this up I'm on your side.
