"I have a cold" ???

Operating system is Windows XP Pro. Have run spyware removers (ad-aware,
spybot, spy doctor) & virus scans through our eTrust Antivirus program.. and
yet my co-workers computer continues to tell her every so often...."I HAVE A
COLD"

what is this & how do I stop it ??????
