I have 6 tool bars on top of screen for Outlook.

I want to consolidate the 6 tool bars I have in Outlook to three bars, plenty
of room on rightside of each bar. How is it done and how is it saved.
 
You might be able to right-click on one, select Customize then use drag and
drop to drag buttons to the 3 toolbars you want.
