I had to break my 100,000+word novel into 3 files. It jammed up.

My MS Word book-manuscript template seemed to reach "overloaded" after
101,000 wordss. It labored excessively over the simplest editing. I had
to break it up into 3 seperate files to complete the project.
I'm using Word 2003,
Windows XP, and
HP Pavi with i Gig of ram.
Suggestions welcome.

That's not big, as Word files go.

Editing in Normal View avoids the repagination that Print View insists
on doing so often.
