i got system problems plz help

hi, when i go into folders and double click pics and
videos i get a quick busy sign from my mouse and then
nothing happens, yesterday i noticed that when i open the
documents folder my pics , videos, etc dont have the names
on the bottom, how do u get the names on the bottom back?
ive been getting a ''error the systask321.exe has
encountered problems and need to be closed '' message and
my desktop allways starts all white with a restore desktop
button in the middle . the blank desktop problem started
since i uninstaled winzip because the error the
systask321.exe message had a little winzip symbol next to
it so i thought since i had recently installed winzip
thats where the problem was, but it hasnt goten better. i
just realized as i was typing this that my media player
wont open now. ive tryed shuting down and restarting the
computer and it hasnt gotten better plz help my e-mail is
(e-mail address removed) windows xp has lots of problems
even the computers at work (brand new comp)r starting to
have problems. windows xp has the most problems than any
other windows edition's problems combined and multiplyed!
