I get "The operation failed" message when trying to start up Outl.

I had to reinstall Microsoft Office 2000. All applications work fine (ie
Word, Excell, etc), but when I try to start Outlook it gives me an error
message "The operation failed". What can I do?

first try to create a new profile!
