I get runtime errors with internet explorer

I go to some web sites and I get runtime errors debug y/
i've been into the advanced option and turned the error debuging off, but i still can't seem to get things working on some web pages, namely the bbcs web page where you can listen to the radio over the net.
 
Go back to advanced options and uncheck Notify about every script error...
 
That still doesn't solve the problem of the web pages not working, is this just a problem with the web page of my computer? other people that i no have no problems accessing and using the web page

1.4 ghz Athlo
1gb DDR 2100 ra
Windows XP professional OEM but it claims there are not more updates of any kind available
