That's the message everybody gets. What is your question? :-)

My question is how do I change my security settings so I can send links or
pages from web sites to my friends? When I had Windows 98 SE I had no
problem doing this.

When you go to IE and click File | Send | Page by E-mail you get the
security prompt? What version of Outlook?

Well...it works fine on mine. If you go to the page you want to send in
IE, then go to File | Send | Page by E-mail you get a security prompt?

Here is the email I tried to send- and the security message on the
bottom-also what the message on the top of the email, in gray said "This
message has not been sent- Outlook blocked access to the following potential
unsafe attachment: Digitalcameras.url"-

The message is ready to be sent with the following file or link attachments:

Shortcut to: http://www.bizrate.com/digitalcameras/
