i get 3 replies back when i send one email, instead of one reply

If I send a message through Microsoft outlook I get replies back in
triplicate, how do i sort this

If you are sending mail to 3 persons then maybe all 3 are sending you
a reply. If you are sending mail to just 1 person then that person is
sending you 3 replies so the problem is on their end. Of course, it's
nearly impossible to tell what you are really doing with the dearth of
details provided.
