I.E. shut down

[jam1938]

My I.E keeps shutting down occasionally and every once in a while, will
cause a complete system shut down & restart. Using Windows XP with all
updates applied. Any suggestion on a fix so I do not have to do a clean
install. I listed below the last three errors from the event log.
