When I click on the Search button on the toolbar the
window opens and states "the page cannot be displayed".
If I click on "customize", a blank window appears. I'm
running I.E. 6.0 in Windows Xp. Thanks for the help.

Spyware!!this happened to me also spybot and adaware did

not find it, I had to use "hijackthis" At
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/
If you go this route and have a hard time deciphering the
scan results www.spywareinfo.com has support forums.
