I/E page hidden behind (beneath) O/E when embedded url is opened.

When I receive a message with an imbedded URL and I open it - the resulting
I/E6
page appears behind ( underneath) O/E. Is there any setting that will cause
the result to appear on top? (O/E 6 =I/E6 running on WinXP). Thsi
question was origionaly posed and the MVP suggested posting it to I/E6
Community News Group.
 
Strange my windows 2000 computer doesn't act this way. and it is running O/E
6 and I/E 6.
 
They're different Operating Systems (OSS) and if you've got WinXP SP2
installed, things are even more different in OE.
