Many sites that I visit do not fully fill my browser
window. How do I change the setting to fill the window
without making the font visible from outer space?!?

window. How do I change the setting to fill the window
without making the font visible from outer space?!?

If your window is larger than 800 pixels wide you don't. The sites are hard
coded for an 800 x 600 display so you will see exactly what the site
designer intended. Bad practice IMHO.
