Is there a way to get rid of that annoying popup box everytime I change web
sites or web pages?

Active Scripting is set to "prompt" in your security settings. Do the
following to change it to "enable".
From the IE menubar: Tools, Internet Options, Security tab, Internet, Custom
Level button, Scripting, Active Scripting enabled.

How about the one Initialize and activate scripts not marked as safe?
Are they always unsafe if not marked?
 
Problem is gone. I thought it had something to do with the new changes
related to flash.
