I. E. 6.0 Sending paypal mail directly to "deleted items" folder

This is for Outlook Express 6.0 and I can't find a NG for it. I just set up
a new pop mail account with my Roadrunner. It works fine for all mail except
for paypal. My paypal messages go right into the deleted items folder.It
never did with the old address. It is not blocked and there are no rules for
it!
I am out of ideas...Any help?
