I downloaded a powerpoint template. Can I use it for display?

I downloaded the "science project" template from powerpoint. I want to use
the slide designs in an upcoming presentation I will be giving (in front of
hundreds of people), but the user notice saids that it is for personal
non-commercial use only. Is there anyway I can get permission from the
makers or something to use the design? How do I find out who to talk to? My
presentation is coming up in 1 month, and I know that this design is perfect.
I just don't want to violate any copyright or whatever things, so I want to
make sure I'm in the clear before I present it!

You did not tell us, where you downloaded that template. At Microsoft? I am
no lawyer, but usually you are allowed to use templates you downloaded
somewhere for your presentation. That's what they were intended for.

You are not allowed to sell this template to a third party. And at that
upcoming presentation I assume they pay you for showing your content, not
because of the template. (If they payed you for showing templates, you'd
maybe violated copyrights.)

Best regards,
Ute

I downloaded it off Microsoft.com. I am not going to get paid at the
presentation--I am just presenting my science research, etc. Part of the
user agreement says I'm not supposed to use it for display or something, so
I'm not sure how that works.
