I DONT want Outlook to Send and Receive at startup

I see a million posts for people that do want it to send and receive
at startup. I want it to NOT send and receive at startup, but I do
want it to auto send & receive every X minutes. So, when I start
Outlook, it would wait 10 minutes, for instance, or until I click the
button, to send and receive.

Ideas?

Try changing the setting. It's at Tools | Options | Mail Setup. Uncheck
Send immediately when connected. Then go to the Send/Receive button on the
same screen and set the settings you want there.
