I just installed office 2000 and there is a problem with access. When I go to
open file I don't see all of my documents. i am the only user(also
administrator) running win xp pro. I don't have the problem with Word or
Powerpoint. The problem is also in excel too. So how can I get access(and
excel) to see the full "my documents" file?

Just to be clear: are you not seeing MDB (or MDE) files that you think you
should, or is it some other file extension?

I suspect it is a file type problem. Try selecting the All file types
option. Also you are not using the recently used list are you?
