You don't. Official support was introduced in Outlook 2002.
If you want to try an unofficial way of getting it added to Outlook 2000 in
Internet Mail Only mode, take a peek at http://www.slipstick.com/config/ol2000hotmail.htm. Just keep in mind that
this solution has it draw backs.
You don't. Outlook 2002 was the first version to support Hotmail.
