I don't have the option to enable cookies

I don't know why i don't have the option to enable
cookies. I go to tools under internet explorer and then
to internet options. I click on the security tab custom
level and it is not there like it is suppose to be. I am
not sure on what to do. Can someone give me a fix?

Go to Tools > Options > Privacy > Advanced. Enable Cookies there.
