I do not have Visio. how do i insert a Visio file into powerpoint

I do not have Visio, but need to insert a Visio file I have been supplied
file into a Powerpoint presentation.

Get the person who sent the file to export it from Visio to WMF, EMF or some
other format that PPT can import. If you don't have Visio, you can't do
anything with Visio files yourself.
