I do not have a send button on my outlook - how do I send a messa.

I am trying to send an email through Outlook on my personal computer. I have
worked on Outlook for years. However, on my personal computer, I do not have
a "send" button. How, then, do I send a message through Outlook?

Have you set up an Email Account?
