I did somthing and lost a cab file

[Lost CAB file]

I am looking to replase a missing file with an error code
1311 source file not found.
I was experimenting in my office 2003 applicatins and did
something and lost the following file.
c:\MSOCache|All Users\90000409-600-11DE-8CFE-0150048383C9
\PW561407.CAB. The PW561407.CAB is missinf from the
group. any ideas how to get it back? I hope to hear from
some one!

The Cab file should be on your Office 2003 CD. Do a search for it.
