Depends. Click the "recycle bin" icon on your desktop; depending on
your version of Windows, the size of your hard disk, and how you
deleted them, they may still be there.
What exactly did you delete? The many, many files in C:\Program
Files\Office? The desktop icons? or what?
Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try a
newsgroup devoted to the program you are using. You should find people
better able to address your problem there than here.
Why no disk? If the programs came with a computer, go back to were you
bought your computer and demand a restore disk. It is your right. If give
you a hard time, never return there.
