I deleted From Header In Microsoft Outlook and need it back?

How do I get From back in my email headers i.e. received, date, size,
categories ? I deleted From and can't figure out how to get it back so I can
categorize from emails.

Just add it back to the view in question.
I'm sure you can do that much on your own. You will have to. If you needed
spoon feeding, you would have provided your Outlook version and view. If you
can't figure it out, then provide at least that information for those of us
who can't see what you're doing.

a few steps:

turn on the advanced toolbar (View | toolbars)
find the Field Chooser and click it (it's on that toolbar) it will pop up a
window of fields.
drag the "From" field off the field chooser pop up window and onto the
screen and drop it beside the other column headers like "Received"
