I CAN'T USE MY WORD BECAUSE EVERYTHINGS WERE GRAY OUT

HELP! I CAN'T USE NON OF MY 2003 MICROSOFT AS WORD, EXCELL.... BECAUSE I HAD
OPEN IT WAS ALL GRAY OUT THAT I CAN'T INSERT OR DO ANYTHING TO IT.
WHY? I NEED MY MICROSOFT WORKS FOR ME.
 
Well, first thing you need to do is to turn your cap lock key off.

Next, do you have a full version or just a trial?
